Welcome to our review of the Big Odds Barry Service
The service from Big Odds Barry is a daily advisory sent by email with an additional option of receiving selections by SMS for a small additional fee.
The system author is said to have both personal experience over many years and contacts in horse racing. He uses a combination of form study and direct contact to make a small number of selections each day. The aim is to target horses with an SP of 5/1 or more.
This provides the opporunity for both win and place bets.
The recommendation is for a starting bank split into 100 points. As is standard we will use a £1,000 starting bank with each point worth £10. The review will run for 60 days.
The cost of the Big Odds Barry service varies according to the amount of time you sign up for:
One Week (7 days) = £ 15.00
One Month (31 days) = £ 45.00
Three Months (93 days) = £ 120.00
Six Months (183 days) = £200.00
Full Calendar Year (365 days) = £300.00
According to the Big Odds Barry website, the membership fees cover all of the following too:

All in all, this looks to be an all-inclusive package.
Up until now the Big Odds Barry service has kept a low profile growing by word of mouth only.
The opportunity presented by this review will offer readers a good chance to see if this may be of interest.
Big Odds Barry: the OBE Verdict
For the whole review period the Big Odds Barry selections have shown a loss. In fact, Barry has now suspended his service for three months to see if he can regain a profitable approach.
Unfortunately, the time it has taken to reach this point has meant that members are at least 50 points in the red. Clearly, acknowledgement of poor results is commendable but that is of no help to members who have suffered along the way.
It didn’t help that Barry changed the type of bets to make part way through the trial. Initially the recommendations were straightforward Each Way bets. Generally there were two selections each day. Part way through the period Barry recommended that members use a Lucky 31 wager. The recommendation was to place 50p each way bets meaning that the overall wager each day was £31. Sadly, results using this method were still disappointing and in the later stages Barry responded to member concerns and re-instated the main recommendations as straight each way bets with the option of three further selections for those wanting to continue with the Lucky 31.
I am sure that Barry feels personally disappointed in the way in which things have turned out. However, when it comes down to it members have lost a significant sum using the Big Odds Barry service. As it is now suspended there is no point in commenting on whether to use the service. Perhaps in three months the Big Odds Barry service may return.
