Online Betting Exposed is odds-on to be the firm favourite with punters by revealing the good, the bad and the ugly of online betting

The Internet is “rife with scamsters, charlatans and snake oil salesman who promise the world and fail to deliver” says betting industry expert Craig Anderson. “Internet fraudsters with little more than basic Internet skills, an account with a payment processor and an email address are raking in millions of pounds a year ripping off the desperate and gullible with fake products and promises”.

Anderson’s company,, is already making waves in betting circles with its no-nonsense approach to what really goes on behind the scenes in this billion pound industry. The company’s mission, says Anderson, is “to provide our subscribers with verifiable facts and expert help and advice that enables them to make an educated decision about which betting products and services they should and shouldn’t spend their money on”.

The idea came about after Anderson read a heartbreaking account of one woman’s experience with online betting companies on a popular UK discussion board. In an attempt to clear a small amount of debt the lady had turned to horse racing tipster services believing that “if it’s published, it must be true” when she saw the spectacular profits they were advertising. Nothing could have been further from the truth and after 11 months of paying ludicrous subscription fees to the tipsters, plus racking up many thousands of pounds in lost wagers, she was forced to sell her home, her marriage broke down and she was hospitalised because of the stress.

Anderson says, “I was frustrated that I couldn’t reach out and help this particular lady, but the experience led to me helping others on another discussion forum for problem gamblers and it was at this stage I realised that there IS a lot of help out there for people who fall into the trap of compulsive gambling, but there was little in the way of good solid help and advice for the tens of millions of people who treat betting as a recreational pursuit and who might be susceptible to the claims of fake advertisers”.

More importantly, he says, there are many exceptional betting products and services on the market nowadays, ones that the majority of people are unaware of, so as well as reporting on those that people should avoid, the company also review and feature the ones that are actually proven to be reliable and trustworthy.

Anderson believes that is ideally positioned to become the leading consumer watchdog for online betting enthusiasts. “Our aim is to help people to save money, make money and to provide them with ongoing support along the way”.
