All Bar One…

Betting System Reviews Update: 09/01/13

Welcome to your weekly roundup of the
OBE Betting System Reviews.

Hi again, I’m back with your first update of 2013, I trust you had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year period. That unfortunately wasn’t the case for the seven services currently featuring on the OBE Betting System Reviews. Well, all bar one, that is…

Of the seven, only The Racing Angle has made a profit in the last seven days, as they seem to have turned a corner. This service has struggled somewhat of late and has suffered from a serious case of seconditis or nearlyism! However, with three consecutive days of profit under their belt this week, they have managed to recoup some £168 of their prior losses and whilst they’re not out of the woods, they’re in a far healthier position than they were, as you’ll see shortly.

Of the other six, there’s not a lot I can say really. Other than to tell you that they lost over £412 between this week alone with the worst culprits being Betting Pros with a loss of £97.50 and GAFFA Tips who lost another £168.32 on the week.

So, here’s the latest OBE Betting System Reviews league table:

Place Bet Profits £213.04 (at day 29)
Value Backing £50.00 (at day 5)
Crossbow / Longbow -£101.80 (at day 39)
VB Extra -£115.00 (at day 32)
The Racing Angle -£118.24 (at day 35)
Betting Pros -£200.06 (at day 30)
GAFFA Tips -£513.44 (at day 53)
(click on the name of any review to be taken straight there)

As it was when we were last here, Place Bet Profits continue to lead the way with some decent steady growth. Their £213 profit to date shows that you don’t always need to back the winner to make money, although a large percentage of their selections do go on to win the races. Carl Nicholson’s infrequent Value Backing service is the only other one in profit at present, having made £50 in just 5 betting days: a slow burner if ever there was one.

The other five services have managed to lose a whopping £1048 between them and it will come as no surprise to discover that the weekly bottom two are the two worst performers overall. After their latest weekly losses Betting Pros now stand some £200 in the red, whilst the writing is really on the wall for the GAFFA tips, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll recover from losses of £513 in the last seven betting days of their trial, but stranger things have happened, allegedly!

The table might look a little depleted / sparse at present, but January/February tends to see plenty of new product launches and we’ll be adding quite a few more to the review panel in the coming weeks, so keep your eye out for those.

I’m quite taken with Place Bet Profits at the moment. I’m probably seen as a more cautious type of punter who prefers an E/W bet for the higher strike rates, so this place betting system fits the bill perfectly and the profit levels are very good too. The guys at Lucrative Racing Trust are very approachable and helpful too. It’s certainly one to consider adding to your portfolio.

Have a great week,

Chris and the OBE Betting System Reviews team
