Back on the ball…

Betting System Reviews Update: 20/02/13

OBE Betting System Reviews 20/02/2013

Welcome to your weekly roundup of the
OBE Betting System Reviews.

This week’s headline act is one that made a loss in its first week on trial with us, which is never
a good start to proceedings! However, Pro-Ball managed to claw back some £82 of its £92 first
week’s losses, which shows they’re back on the ball.

This multi-sport backing and laying approach is an interesting one, where the hope is that any
poorly performing areas will be negated by the successful ones. This does seem to be happening
already, for despite a loss of just over £10 in two weeks: if we disregarded the horse racing lays,
they’d have a profit of over £105 to date. The beauty of multi-tipster services is the freedom to
pick and choose what suits you best.

Other than Pro Ball, only Value Backing made any other money this week. They only saw action
on one day, but found a nice 16/1 E/W placer to add another few pounds to the bank.

Elsewhere, results for our other six active reviews were disappointing, as they shared combined
losses of £415, with the three worst performers losing some 88% of that figure!

88 Lays continued their indifferent start to life under review, losing another £44, whilst the correct
score laying service Scoring For Profit had another series of own goals culminating in another weekly
loss: almost £141 this time.

The worst result of the week saw the Form Man go from hero to zero. Top earner in each of the last
two weeks, this one slipped back into the red after a terrible week which saw them lose over £180.

Here’s the latest OBE Betting System Reviews league table:

Place Bet Profits £101.62 (at day 60)
Value Backing £75.00 (at day 10)
Football Lays £0.00 (at day 0)
Pro-Ball -£10.41 (at day 14)
Form Man -£70.57 (at day 25)
Sporting Profits -£92.93 (at day 21)
88 Lays -£118.70 (at day 10)
Scoring for Profit -£367.62 (at day 36)
Betting Pros -£691.51 (at day 52)

This week saw the end of Place Bet Profits‘ time under the OBE microscope and whilst they finished
the 60 days with an overall profit of almost £102, I’m not entirely sold on this one after seeing their
profits dwindle by £192 in the last fortnight. Value Backing is currently the only other service keeping
their head above water.

At the bottom, 88 Lays have struggled to a loss of just under 1.3pts per day in their first 10 days with
us, but there’s plenty of time to turn things around. This, however, is unlikely to be the case for either
of our two worst performers: both Scoring For Profit (-£368) and Betting Pros (-£692) look destined to
fail, despite the former still having over three weeks left on trial.

Football backing in the winter months is notoriously difficult as these two are now finding out!

I do like the premise behind Place Bet Profits and whilst I find it hard to recommend a
purchase at this moment in time, it is still definitely one to consider for the future.
I’d perhaps suggest a watching brief to see if past form is regained. What I can definitely
advise at present is a wide berth being given to both Scoring for Profit and Betting Pros.

I hope your weeks pans out better than their did and for further information on any of the services we’re
covering: simply click on their name anywhere on this page or drop me a line at my email address,
